LEMON BERRY NOSECCO

Fizzy & bright + it’s full of gut support, antioxidants, and the power of magnesium.

Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced (save the rind)
  • 1 scoop beeyavibe magnesium
  • 1 tsp honey - optional
  • a handful of mixed berries
  • ice
  • 1 cup kombucha (we used a lemon ginger flavor. Berry flavor would be nice too)

Steps:

  1. Cut two pieces of peel off of the saved lemon rind. Toss the peels into a shaker with the lemon juice, beeyavibe, and honey (if using). Stir to dissolve the magnesium and honey.
  2. Add just a few pieces of ice then shake to chill. Thread some of the berries onto a drink pick to use as a garnish, then toss the remaining into the glass. Pour the lemon mixture over the berries in the glass.
  3. Top off with the kombucha flavor of your choice. Place the garnish berries on top. Enjoy!

CUCUMBER LIME REFRESHER

A hydrating electrolyte mocktail when you want something cool and relaxing.

Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ English cucumber (+ a couple spinach leaves for green color boost)
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 slice fresh ginger
  • 1 scoop beeyavibe magnesium
  • ice
  • sparkling water or kombucha (we like ginger, strawberry, & mango)
  • fresh mint as garnish

Steps:

  1. Use a vegetable peeler to create one long slice of cucumber as garnish. Dice the remaining cucumber then toss it in a blender together with the lime juice, coconut water, salt, ginger, and beeyavibe. Mix until smooth. As an option to boost the green color factor, you can toss in a couple spinach leaves too.
  2. Strain the cucumber mixture through a fine mesh strainer, press gently with a spatula to squeeze all the juice through. Pour the cucumber mixture into a glass
  3. Add ice, we like to use crushed ice for this drink, and top with sparkling water or kombucha. Garnish with the long slice of cucumber rolled up and a sprig of mint.
