Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The service may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

Should Biya Health, LCC reduce its price within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your product, you can request a refund or credit of the different between the price you were charged and the current discounted price.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Subscription & Cancellation Policy

1. Automatic Renewal & Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee at the then-current subscription rate. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods at the same rate.

  • Frequency: Your payment method will be automatically charged every billing cycle (monthly or every 3 months, depending on your selected plan).

  • Notice: We will send a reminder email five days before your next billing date.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions renew between 2:00–3:30 PM PT on your renewal date. To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, please cancel prior to your renewal date.

If you’d like our help, we recommend reaching out to support@beeyawellness.com at least 24 hours before your renewal so we can assist you in time.

Methods of Cancellation:

  • Online Portal: Log in to your account at www.beeyawellness.com. Navigate to "Log In", then  "Manage Subscriptions" and click "Cancel Subscription." You will receive a confirmation email immediately.

  • Email Support: Send a request to cancel to support@beeyawellness.com. Please include your name and order number.

3. Changes and Pauses

Not ready for your next shipment? Instead of canceling, you can:

  • Skip a Delivery: Delay your next shipment by any amount of time.

  • Modify Frequency: Change your delivery schedule to every 45 or 60 days via your dashboard.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
