How to Seed Cycle
If you have a regular cycle:
If your period is pretty regular, start Phase 1 on the first day of your period. Stay on Phase 1 from day 1 through day 14. On day 15 of your cycle, switch to Phase 2, and stay on Phase 2 until day 28. Then repeat. Two weeks on Phase 1, and then two weeks on Phase 2. If you get the seeds during your period, and you know what day you are on, feel free to jump right in.
If you have an irregular cycle:
If your cycle is irregular, follow the new moon cycle (we know it sounds crazy but hear us out). Your Day 1 would be the day of the next new moon. Stay on Phase 1 from day 1 through day 14. On day 15 switch to Phase 2, and stay on Phase 2 until day 28. Then repeat. Two weeks on Phase 1, and then two weeks on Phase 2. Email us here if you’re unsure when the next new moon is.
If you’re in menopause or postmenopause:
If you’re in menopause or postmenopause, start on any day and follow the same 2-week rotation mentioned above.

Many people will begin to see changes within 1 to 3 months. We recommend taking the product for at least 3 months to start noticing results. While many people feel a positive difference, for others, it can take longer. Remember, the Phase 1 + Phase 2 is completely food based, safe, and has nutrients (such as amino acids, zinc, polyphenols, vitamin E, and more) that are only benefiting your body & loading up on extra nutrients! The daily practice will become second nature as you continue to support your hormone health and use food as medicine. We also recommend keeping a journal to track your symptoms throughout the month to help you identify the shifts happening over the months.

Absolutely! Although the ingredients used in our blends are generally recognized as safe (GRAS) by the FDA, some health experts advise against the use of ground flax while on estrogen. If you are on estrogen therapy or estrogen-based birth control, please discuss with your doctor if consuming ground flax is safe for you before using our products.
We recommend that you stay on the 2-week rotation of taking the product regardless of an early or late period. For example, if you are still on Phase 2 and your period comes early, continue to take Phase 2 until you are done with the 14 days then switch to Phase 1. The same thing goes if your period is late. For example, if you’re done with Phase 2 and are ready to go back to Phase 1 but your period hasn’t started yet, we recommend you still start Phase 1. By staying on track with the 2-week rotation, the process will nudge your body into an optimal menstrual cycle rhythm and help you get back on track.
Not to worry! Start Phase 1 on the first day of your period and stay on it until day 14. On day 15, switch to Phase 2. The beneficial influence of the seeds are meant to gently nudge your body into an optimal menstrual cycle rhythm and help support your hormones by optimizing hormone production and detoxification.
If you are getting periods, yes! You can initially start taking Phase 1 on the first day of your period, then switch to Phase 2 on Day 15. If you are spotting, consider the first day of your period to be the day that you have a full bleed by the afternoon. Even if your period is not regular, we recommend that you continue to stay on the 2-week rotation of taking the product.
