Seed Cycling Banana Pops Recipe
A classic freezer snack upgraded with chocolate, crunch, and seed cycling nutrition.

You deserve ice cream, but your hormones also deserve a little extra love. So these fun freezer snacks using bananas, chocolate, and seed cycling blends are a match made in heaven. Everything you’re craving, with a little extra nutrients to support better periods and less symptoms of hormonal imbalance.

Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, cut in half
- Popsicle sticks
Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Coating:
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
White Chocolate Coating:
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
Toppings:
- 2 scoops beeya seed cycling blends
- Freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- Salted peanuts, chopped
Instructions:
- Prep: Cut bananas in half and insert a popsicle stick into each piece. Place on a parchment lined tray.
- Melt Chocolate: Melt dark chocolate with peanut butter in one bowl and white chocolate in another until smooth.
- Dip: Dip each banana into your choice of coating, allowing excess to drip off.
- Roll: Immediately roll in beeya seed cycling blends mixed with either freeze-dried strawberries, or chopped salted peanuts.
- Freeze: Place back on the tray and freeze for 15 to 20 minutes until set.
