Pistachio Date Bark Recipe

A no bake chocolate bark with pistachio, dates, and a smarter seed cycling twist.

This pistachio date bark is one of those recipes that looks impressive but comes together in minutes. Sticky, naturally sweet dates get flattened into a base, layered with creamy pistachio butter, and finished with dark chocolate and a sprinkle of sea salt.

We mix beeya seed cycling blends into the pistachio layer so every bite has more than just great flavor. It adds fiber, healthy fats, and key nutrients that support steadier energy and healthy hormones.

Ingredients:

  • 10 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/3 cup pistachio butter
  • 2 scoops beeya seed cycling blends
  • 1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate, melte
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp chopped pistachios

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Base: Line a small tray with parchment paper. Arrange dates and press them flat into an even layer to form a base.
  2. Filling: Spread the pistachio butter out over the dates then sprinkle 1 ½ scoops of beeya seed cycling blends on top.
  3. Chocolate: Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil until smooth, then pour over the date bark and spread evenly.
  4. Finish: Garnish with sea salt, the remaining beeya, and chopped pistachios.
  5. Chill: Place in the fridge or freezer for about 20 minutes until set.
  6. Slice: Cut into 4 or 8 bars, enjoy!
