Mango Protein Chia Pudding Recipe

A tropical twist on a protein-packed chia pudding.

This is going to be your go-to summer breakfast. It has protein, fiber, essential fats, minerals, and all the things your hormones love.

Plus you only need 6 ingredients, and most of them you probably already have.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ cup frozen mango, diced
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop beeya seed cycling blends

Instructions:

  1. Blend Base: Combine Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and mango until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add Seeds: Stir in chia seeds and beeya seed cycling blends until evenly combined.
  3. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
  4. Mango Topping: For an extra mango punch pour some mango puree on top like we did. Simply blend thawed mango chunks until smooth. You can also top with extra yogurt and chopped mangos for a parfait version.
