This Lemon Raspberry Protein Chia Pudding is one of those light, bright recipes that just feels good to eat. It is fresh, tangy, creamy, and perfect for spring when you want something refreshing but still satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • 3 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop beeya seed cycling blends
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 lemon, juiced & zested
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of turmeric powder

Raspberry Layer:

  • 2 Tbsp raspberry jam (or mashed raspberries with honey)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Base: In a bowl or jar, whisk together Greek yogurt, milk, protein powder, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and turmeric until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the Seeds: Stir in chia seeds and beeya seed cycling blends until evenly combined.
  3. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thick and set.
  4. Layer: Spoon raspberry jam or mashed raspberries over the top. Enjoy!
