Homemade Seed Cycling Crunch Bars

Crunchy, chocolatey, and made to nourish your hormones with every bite.

Sometimes the best recipes are the simplest ones. These Homemade Seed Cycling Crunch Bars are made with just a handful of ingredients, but they deliver big on texture, flavor, and nourishment. We used puffed quinoa for the crunch, and two scoops of beeya seed cycling blends transform this into a treat with a purpose.

Seed cycling is a simple daily practice of eating specific seeds during each phase of your cycle to help support balanced estrogen and progesterone. Our blends make it effortless. Just one scoop a day adds fiber, healthy fats, lignans, and key minerals like zinc and selenium that your hormones rely on.

By stirring the blends into melted chocolate, you are turning an everyday sweet into a functional snack that supports steady energy, better digestion, and a more balanced cycle. Make a batch, store it in the fridge, and break off a square whenever you want something crunchy and chocolatey that actually works with your body.
