Giant Strawberry Protein Truffle
Indulgent meets intentional in this hugely satisfying treat.
Sometimes you just want dessert to do something for you.
This giant strawberry shortcake protein ball does.
It’s sweet, creamy, coated in white chocolate… and made with our hormone-supportive seed cycling blends.
Here’s the magic: seed cycling is the simple habit of eating specific seeds during each phase of your cycle to support estrogen and progesterone. When your hormones are in sync, everything feels easier—energy, sleep, mood, skin, even your periods.
Our ready-made seed cycling blends are loaded with protein, fiber, lignans, zinc, selenium, magnesium, and healthy fats that make seed cycling effortless (and delicious). Just one scoop in this recipe turns a treat into daily hormone nourishment.
