Cookie Dough Protein Bites Recipe

Cookie dough nostalgia with a smarter, hormone friendly twist.

If you love sneaking bites of cookie dough, this recipe is going to feel like a dream. These Cookie Dough Seed Cycling Protein Bites have that same soft, nostalgic flavor, but they are made with ingredients that actually support your body.

The base starts with blended chickpeas, peanut butter, and oat flour to create a creamy dough that is naturally rich in fiber and protein. Then we fold in beeya seed cycling blends to add the healthy fats, lignans, and minerals your hormones rely on throughout the month.

Does it get any better?

Makes: 12 bites
Prep Time: 15 mins
Chill Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 scoops beeya seed cycling blends
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate, melted (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Prep Chickpeas: Rub the drained chickpeas in a kitchen towel to remove most of the skins. This helps create a smoother dough.
  2. Blend: Add chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, oat flour, salt, vanilla, and beeya seed cycling blends to a food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping down as needed.
  3. Fold: Transfer the dough to a bowl and fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
  4. Mold: Press the dough into a silicone mold to form small bite sized portions, or press into a parchment paper lined baking dish to create bars.
  5. Chocolate Top: Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top of each bite.
  6. Set: Refrigerate for about 20 minutes to firm up. Pop out of the molds and store in the fridge or freezer.
