Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (we used wild blueberries)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop beeya seed cycling blend

Optional toppings:

  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh berries
  • Granola

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Base: Add blueberries, cottage cheese, vanilla, and honey or maple syrup to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in Seeds: Pour the mixture into jars and stir in chia seeds and beeya seed cycling blend. Let sit for 1 hour, stirring once about halfway through to prevent clumping.
  3. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for 2+ hours or overnight until thickened.
  4. Top + Serve: When ready to eat, top with whipped cream, fresh berries, and a sprinkle of granola. Enjoy!
