Blueberry Filled Chocolate Bars Recipe

Ingredients:
Blueberry Cream Filling:
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup natural cashews
- 3 scoops beeya seed cycling blends
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- pinch of sea salt
White Chocolate Base & Top:
- 1 cup white or dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions:
- Make the Filling: Blend coconut cream, blueberries, cashews, beeya seed cycling blends, vanilla, maple syrup, and salt until smooth and thick.
- Melt Chocolate: Melt the chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.
- Base Layer: Pour melted chocolate into small bar molds and spread evenly up the sides and bottom. Freeze for 10 minutes until set.
- Add Filling: Divide the blueberry cream inside of each chocolate bar mold.
- Top Layer: Pour the remaining chocolate over the top of each bar, spreading evenly.
- Set: Freeze for about 40-50 mins until set.
- Enjoy: Remove from the molds and enjoy. Store in freezer or fridge.
