How To Use
Phase 1
Take one scoop of Phase 1 on the first day of your period for 14 days.
Phase 2
On day 15, switch to taking one scoop of Phase 2 for another 14 days. Once complete with Phase 2, switch back to Phase 1.
Irregular period or no period? No problem.
We recommend starting Phase 1 with the next new moon date and then switching to Phase 2 on Day 15. If you are in menopause or postmenopausal, start on any day and follow the same 2-week rotation mentioned above.
