Strawberry Matcha Smoothie Recipe

 A delicious smoothie that packs a punch with tons of antioxidants, energy-boosting matcha, and a hidden super veggie!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ½ cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 scoop beeya
  • 3 Tbsp prepared matcha
  • Optional - if you want to boost your protein for the day, add a scoop of vanilla protein powder and some extra milk if needed.

Steps:

  1. Toss everything but the matcha in your blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and then pour the prepared matcha over (we make it with cold water, rather than pour warm over the smoothie). Give it a stir with a straw and enjoy!
