Spicy Turkey & Hummus Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices gluten-free bread, toasted
  • ½ turkey breast, cooked and sliced
  • 2 Tbsp red pepper hummus
  • 1 scoop beeya, either phase
  • handful of arugula
  • couple slices of tomato
  • 1 Tbsp chili oil

Steps:

  1. Spread the hummus out on both pieces of toast.
  2. Layer the sandwich with the rest of the ingredients, finishing with a drizzle of chili oil or just olive oil and chili flakes if you don’t have any.
