Spicy Turkey & Hummus Sandwich Recipe
A sandwich your hormones will thank you for, slightly spicy & a hummus lover’s dream.
Prep time: 5 minutes
- 2 slices gluten-free bread, toasted
- ½ turkey breast, cooked and sliced
- 2 Tbsp red pepper hummus
- 1 scoop beeya, either phase
- handful of arugula
- couple slices of tomato
- 1 Tbsp chili oil
- Spread the hummus out on both pieces of toast.
- Layer the sandwich with the rest of the ingredients, finishing with a drizzle of chili oil or just olive oil and chili flakes if you don’t have any.
