Salted Caramel "Frappuccino" Recipe

We dare say that it’s better than the original, and better for your blood sugar too.

Serves: 1

Prep time: 5 mins


  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop beeya seeds
  • 1 Tbsp nut butter of choice
  • 2 fresh dates, pitted
  • big handful of coffee ice cubes
  • pinch of sea salt


  1. Toss everything in a blender and mix until smooth. For more of a thick smoothie-like texture you can also add frozen banana.
