Salted Caramel "Frappuccino" Recipe
We dare say that it’s better than the original, and better for your blood sugar too.
Serves: 1
Prep time: 5 mins
Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop beeya seeds
- 1 Tbsp nut butter of choice
- 2 fresh dates, pitted
- big handful of coffee ice cubes
- pinch of sea salt
Steps:
- Toss everything in a blender and mix until smooth. For more of a thick smoothie-like texture you can also add frozen banana.
