Paloma Electrolyte Popsicles Recipe
A refreshing summer treat with electrolytes and hormone support.
Magnesium is often known as one of the "chill" minerals, but it’s so much more than that. In fact, magnesium is an essential electrolyte, which means it helps regulate fluid balance in the body—a.k.a. hydration! That makes it the perfect match for warm weather, when our hydration needs are higher and we crave something cooling.
But here’s the real magic: for women, magnesium plays a major role in hormone health. It can help reduce period cramps, ease bloating, support better sleep, improve stress response, and even calm mood swings. Basically, it’s a multi-tasking mineral that most of us aren’t getting enough of.
That’s why these Paloma Electrolyte Popsicles are our new summer staple. Made with grapefruit juice, coconut water, and our highly absorbable beeyavibe magnesium powder, they check all the boxes: refreshing, functional, and ridiculously easy to make.
