- 1.5 cups dairy free milk
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 1 banana, mashed
- 3 cups sprouted gluten free oats
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1.5 cups mixed berries of choice
- Avocado oil spray
- 1 scoop beeya per serving
- 1 banana, sliced
Preheat the oven to 350.
Spray an 8 by 13 casserole dish with avocado oil spray.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the casserole dish and spread out evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with 1 scoop of Beeya seeds and banana slices.
To reheat: place in the microwave for 30 seconds.
