Blueberry Mojito Mocktail Recipe
Makes: 1 drink
Prep time: 5 mins
Ingredients
- Handful of fresh blueberries (or your favorite berry)
- 5 mint leaves
- 1 scoop beeyavibe magnesium powder
- a drizzle of honey - optional
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- pinch of sea salt (optional for added electrolytes & hydration)
- sparkling water
Instructions:
- Add everything but the sparkling water to a glass or muddling tin.
- Muddle together carefully until the blueberries release their juices.
- Top with ice and sparkling water.
- Stir gently, add extra blueberries and mint leaves if desired, and enjoy!
