Cucumber Lime Refresher Mocktail
Ingredients
⅓ English cucumber (+ a couple spinach leaves for green color boost)
½ lime, juiced
¼ cup coconut water
pinch of sea salt
1 slice fresh ginger
1 scoop beeyavibe magnesium
ice
sparkling water or kombucha (we like ginger, strawberry, & mango)
fresh mint as garnish
Steps
Use a vegetable peeler to create one long slice of cucumber as garnish. Dice the remaining cucumber then toss it in a blender together with the lime juice, coconut water, salt, and ginger. Mix until smooth (As an option to boost the green color factor, you can toss in a couple spinach leaves too).
Strain the cucumber mixture through a fine mesh strainer, press gently with a spatula to squeeze all the juice through. Pour the cucumber mixture into a glass.
Add the scoop of beeya vibe to the glass, stir to dissolve. Add ice, we like to use crushed ice for this drink, then top with sparkling water or kombucha. Garnish with the long slice of cucumber rolled up and a sprig of mint.
Sleepytime Mocktail
Ingredients
⅓ cup strong chamomile tea
1 orange wedge + extra peel and zest as garnish
1 scoop beeyavibe magnesium
⅓ cup tart cherry juice
1 tsp maple syrup - optional
1 handful of ice
sparkling water
sprig of thyme as garnish
coconut sugar as garnish
Steps
Combine a bit of coconut sugar with a few thyme leaves and some orange zest on a plate. Dab some maple syrup on the outside of the glass, then roll it in the sugar mixture.
Squeeze the juice of the orange wedge into the glass, then pour in the chamomile tea, beeya vibe, tart cherry juice, and maple syrup (if using). Stir until the magnesium powder has dissolved.
Add ice and top with sparkling water. Finish with extra orange peel and a sprig of fresh thyme as garnish.
Lemon Berry Nossecco Mocktail
Ingredients
½ lemon, juiced (save the rind)
1 scoop beeyavibe magnesium
1 tsp honey - optional
a handful of mixed berries
ice
1 cup kombucha (we used a lemon ginger flavor, though berry flavor is nice too)
Steps
Cut two pieces of peel off of the saved lemon rind. Toss the peels into a shaker with the lemon juice, beeya vibe, and honey (if using). Stir to dissolve the magnesium and honey.
Add just a few pieces of ice then shake to chill. Thread some of the berries onto a drink pick to use as a garnish, then toss the remaining into the glass. Pour the lemon mixture over the berries in the glass.
Top off with the kombucha flavor of your choice. Then rest the garnish berries on top of the glass. Enjoy!
