Ingredients:
- ¾ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp strawberry protein powder (optional)
- 2 scoops beeya seed cycling blends
- 3 oz white chocolate, melted
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp freeze-dried strawberries (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, diced strawberries, maple syrup, strawberry protein powder (if using), and beeya. Mix well.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet to form 4 pops.
- Freeze for 2 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, dip each pop into the melted white chocolate mixed with matcha powder.
- Sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberry powder and return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.
- Store in the freezer and enjoy!
