Imagine the juiciest heirloom tomatoes, perfectly ripe nectarines and a luscious side of burrata cheese, all drizzled with an herbaceous vinaigrette. To supercharge this recipe, we've added a scoop of our beeya seed cycling blends to support happy and healthy hormones all summer long.

Small seeds, big benefits

Seed cycling uses the power of food to support healthy hormones throughout the menstrual cycle. Yes, these tiny but mighty seeds contain nutrients that nourish the production and balance of our sex hormones as well as support a healthy gut, a healthy glow, and so much more.

Women going through perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause have also experienced the benefits of seed cycling, including support for bloating, cramps, skin breakouts, insomnia, fatigue, hot flashes, and other hormone-related symptoms.
