Sriracha Salmon Stuffed Avocado Recipe
A quick and spicy lunch with all the things your hormones love, healthy fats, protein & fiber.

Ingredients:
- 1 piece of cooked salmon (or 1 can of cooked salmon) preferably wild-caught
- ½ Tbsp sriracha
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil mayo
- 1 scoop beeya, either phase
- 1 avocado, split and pitted
- 1 green onion, sliced
- lime wedge
Steps:
- Stir the sriracha and mayo together, then gently fold in chunks of the salmon.
- Scoop the salmon into each of the avocado halves, season with salt & pepper, then top with your daily scoop of beeya seeds and sliced green onions. Squeeze with some lime too if desired.
