Sriracha Salmon Stuffed Avocado

  • 1 piece of cooked salmon (or 1 can of cooked salmon) preferably wild-caught
  • ½ Tbsp sriracha
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil mayo
  • 1 scoop beeya, either phase
  • 1 avocado, split and pitted
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  •  lime wedge


  1. Stir the sriracha and mayo together, then gently fold in chunks of the salmon.
  2. Scoop the salmon into each of the avocado halves, season with salt & pepper, then top with your daily scoop of beeya seeds and sliced green onions. Squeeze with some lime too if desired.
