Spiced Pear Spritz Recipe

A fall spritz that’s as nourishing as it is refreshing.

Meet the Spiced Pear Spritz Mocktail, a drink that’s equal parts cozy and refreshing. Think ripe pears, a kiss of vanilla, and warming cardamom… all upgraded with a scoop of our beeyavibe magnesium.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ripe pear, cored and sliced (save one slice for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop beeyavibe magnesium powder
  • 1/2 slice of lemon (save other half for rim)
  • Coconut sugar + pinch of cardamom, for rimming the glass
  • Ice, to serve
  • ginger kombucha or sparkling water
  • Rosemary sprig, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Rim glass: Rub lemon juice on the rim of a glass, then press into a mix of coconut sugar and cardamom. Set aside.
  2. Blend: In a blender, combine pear, water, cardamom, vanilla, magnesium powder, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain: Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp, then pour into prepared glasses over ice and top with kombucha or sparkling water.
  4. Garnish: Top each with a pear slice and rosemary sprig and enjoy.
