Roasted Corn & Avocado Pico

Ingredients:

  • ½ avocado, finely diced (choose a slightly firm avocado if possible)
  • ¼  tomato, finely diced
  • ¼ red onion, finely diced
  • ½ jalapeño, finely diced
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • ¼ cup roasted corn (canned or frozen corn works too)
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • Pinch of sea salt

Steps:

  1. Toss everything together, serve with tortilla chips and a scoop of beeya if you haven’t had your daily dose of hormone support yet.
