Purple Power Smoothie Recipe
This smoothie is literally full to the brim with antioxidants.
Serves: 1
Prep time: 4 mins
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup frozen blackberries
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop beeya
- 1 scoop vanilla protein or collagen powder
- 1/4 cup water
Steps:
- Toss everything in a blender and mix until smooth. Add a bit more water if desired for a thinner consistency.
