Purple Power Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie is literally full to the brim with antioxidants.

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop beeya
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein or collagen powder
  • 1/4 cup water

 Steps:

  1. Toss everything in a blender and mix until smooth. Add a bit more water if desired for a thinner consistency.
