Pineapple Ginger Smoothie Recipe
Bright and sunny with a zing from fresh ginger, plus some cruciferous veg for extra hormone support.

Prep time: 4 mins
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 Tbsp grate fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 ½ cup coconut milk
- 1/2 lime, zested and juiced
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1 scoop beeya
Steps:
- Toss everything in a blender and mix until smooth. Adjust with more coconut milk as needed depending on your blender.
