Pineapple Ginger Smoothie Recipe

Bright and sunny with a zing from fresh ginger, plus some cruciferous veg for extra hormone support.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 Tbsp grate fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 lime, zested and juiced
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1 scoop beeya 

Steps:

  1. Toss everything in a blender and mix until smooth. Adjust with more coconut milk as needed depending on your blender.
