Makes: 4 Bars
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Bake Time: none

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops beeya seed cycling blends
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • Pinch of sea salt

    Caramel Layer:

    • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
    • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
    • 2 tsp melted coconut oil
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

      Topping:

      • Handful of pecans
      • Sea salt, for sprinkling

      Instructions

      1. Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, combine almond flour, beeya, protein powder, honey, melted coconut oil, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until well combined.
      2. Form the Base Layer: Press the mixture evenly into a small parchment paper lined form (we just used a glass leftovers container).
      3. Make the Caramel Layer: In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
      4. Add Caramel & Pecans: Pour the caramel over the crust. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top, or line up pecan halves if you’re feeling fancy. Sprinkle with a little sea salt.
      5. Chill & Set: Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until the bars are firm and set. Once set, cut into 4 bars and enjoy.
