Looking for the most delicious way to nourish your hormones this fall? Our Seed Cycling-inspired Pecan Pie Protein Smoothie needs to be on your menu plan! Not only is this possibly the most delicious protein smoothie we've ever tried, it also deeply nurtures your hormones and gut health.

3 Ways This Smoothie Supercharges Your Day:

Hormonal Harmony: Hormonal imbalances can manifest in various discomforts (like, heavy periods, acne, fatigue, sugar cravings, slow metabolism, brain fog, insomnia, low sex drive, burnout, hot flashes, and anxiety). Seed cycling, a well-regarded practice, helps support the realignment of your natural hormonal rhythms.

Nature's Nutrient Bombs: Seeds are literally bursting with nutritional power—rich in magnesium, zinc, and tryptophan, which are crucial for hormonal harmony. They're also packed with beneficial fibers that feed your microbiome for optimal gut health—an essential component for happier hormones.

All Day Energy: Starting your day with a protein boost not only fuels your body, keeping you full and satiated to reduce cravings, but also provides the nutritional building blocks needed for your endocrine system to create healthy hormones. And in case you’re wondering… this smoothie packs a whopping 41 grams of protein!
