Ingredients:
- 1 slice toast (we gluten-free and toasted it in a pan with some ghee)
- ½ fresh peach, sliced
- 2 Tbsp whipped feta or Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- ½ - 1 scoop beeya, either phase
Steps:
- Spread some whipped feta on a toast and top with slices of peaches.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh thyme and beeya.
