PB Cup Banana Roll-Up Snack Recipe
Perfect for those times when you’re craving something sweet but short on time or energy.
Prep time: 4 mins
- 1 gluten-free tortilla
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 scoop beeya
- 1 Tbsp melted dark chocolate
- Spread the peanut butter out on the tortilla, then sprinkle your beeya seeds out evenly on top.
- Place the banana on the tortilla and roll it up into the tortilla.
- Cut the rolled up banana into slices and drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
