Orange Protein Balls
Makes 6 balls
Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 scoops beeya seed cycling blends
- 4 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup dried apricots, diced and soaked in warm water for 5 mins
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 Tbsp orange zest
- 2 Tbsp fresh orange juice
Instructions:
- Add the beeya seed cycling blends, vanilla protein powder, sea salt, dried apricots (drained), melted coconut oil, orange zest, and fresh orange juice to a food processor.
- Process until the mixture comes together.
- Once the dough is ready, roll it into 6 evenly-sized balls using your hands.
- For optional coatings, roll the balls in dried coconut or drizzle them with melted dark chocolate.
- Place the balls in a container and freeze for 20 minutes to firm up. Enjoy! They can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.
