What is seed cycling?
It’s a food-based practice of rotating specific seeds throughout the month to support balanced hormones. The targeted nutrients in pumpkin and flax seeds in Phase 1 (days 1-14) support estrogen, while the nutrients in sesame and sunflower seeds in Phase 2 (days 15-28) support progesterone.
What can seed cycling help with?
Our seed cycling blends have helped thousands of women experience less hormonal imbalance symptoms like cramps, bloating, acne, fatigue, insomnia and many more. With nutrients that support estrogen and progesterone, it can help women feel their best while navigating all stages of life—through perimenopause, menopause and beyond with more ease.
