What is seed cycling?

It's a practice that involves eating specific seeds during different phases of your cycle to support hormonal balance with targeted nutrients.

Here’s how it works if your period is regular: During the follicular phase (days 1-14), flaxseeds and pumpkin seeds can support healthy estrogen levels, while during the luteal phase (days 15-28), sesame seeds and sunflower seeds can support healthy progesterone levels.

We’re happy to share that women can benefit from seed cycling through all life stages including our reproductive years, perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. No matter what stage of life we're in, our hormones could always use extra support!

Seed cycling can help with:

➡️ PMS
➡️ Coming off the pill
