Ingredients:
Cheesecake:
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup blackberries
- 1 Tbsp vanilla collagen or protein powder
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp lemon juice
Crust:
- 1 scoop beeya seed cycling blends
- 1 tsp melted ghee, grass-fed butter, or coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Blend all cheesecake ingredients until smooth.
- Stir together beeya, melted ghee, and salt to form the crust.
- Press crust into a jar, top with cheesecake mixture.
- Chill for 1 hour or enjoy immediately.
- Garnish with extra blackberries and dig in!
