Magnesium is one of the most underrated minerals when it comes to women’s health. It plays a major role in how calm, rested, and energized you feel throughout the day, and plays a key role in everything from hormone production and muscle recovery to sleep quality and nervous system balance. When your magnesium levels are low, you may feel more anxious, tired, crampy, or moody—and most women aren’t getting nearly enough.

Makes: 1 serving
Prep Time: 5 mins
Freeze Time: 4 hrs
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups of peeled mandarin segments, frozen (or any orange citrus)
- 2 Tbsp creamy coconut milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, or other cream of choice
- 2 tsp honey (optional, to taste)
- 1 scoop beeyavibe magnesium powder
- Optional: melted dark chocolate for topping
Instructions:
- Freeze the Mandarins: Peel and separate your mandarins into segments, then freeze until solid.
- Blend the Base: Add frozen mandarins, coconut milk, honey, and beeyavibe to a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Adjust Texture: Add a splash more coconut milk if needed to help blend to a sorbet consistency. Though patience is key here, it will come together, it just takes a bit of tamping down throughout the process.
- Scoop + Top: Scoop into a bowl and enjoy immediately. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate for a "shell" effect if desired.
