Lox Beeya Bagel Breakfast Recipe
Pure breakfast bliss
Layers of creamy cream cheese, slices of ripe avocado, and all of the savory omega-3 goodness of lox (smoked salmon) stacked between a toasted bagel. This Lox & Everything Bagel Sandwich makes the perfect nourishing breakfast.
Prep time: 8 mins
- 1 everything bagel (we used sprouted whole grain)
- 2 oz lox (smoked salmon)
- 2 Tbsp cream cheese (plant-based works too)
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato slice
- some sliced red onion
- 1 fried egg
- Toast the bagel and spread out the cream cheese.
- Layer on the lox, avocado slices, tomato slices, and red onion.
- Top with a fried egg and your current phase of beeya and enjoy!
