Frozen Lemonade Mocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 lemon juiced + 1 round lemon slice, with rind
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1-2 slices fresh turmeric
  • 1-2 slices fresh ginger
  • 1 scoop beeyavibe magnesium (optional)
  • ice cubes
  • lemon slice & fresh mint for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the coconut cream, fresh lemon juice, lemon slice, maple, turmeric, ginger, and a scoop of beeyavibe.
  2. Add a large handful of ice cubes to the blender.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and icy.
  4. Pour into a mocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and a mint sprig or some fresh berries. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing and nourishing mocktail.

Note: 

Transform this recipe into a Triple Citrus Mocktail by simply adding fresh orange and lime juice. Looking for an extra antioxidant boost? Throw in some frozen berries for a delightful twist.
