Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 lemon juiced + 1 round lemon slice, with rind
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1-2 slices fresh turmeric
- 1-2 slices fresh ginger
- 1 scoop beeyavibe magnesium (optional)
- ice cubes
- lemon slice & fresh mint for garnish
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the coconut cream, fresh lemon juice, lemon slice, maple, turmeric, ginger, and a scoop of beeyavibe.
- Add a large handful of ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and icy.
- Pour into a mocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and a mint sprig or some fresh berries. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing and nourishing mocktail.
