Bagels, but better. Think soft, chewy, and lightly sweet with a pop of citrus and crunch from poppyseeds. These Lemon Poppyseed Protein Bagels are not only a treat for your taste buds—they’re a functional breakfast, too. Thanks to a base of Greek yogurt and einkorn flour, each bagel packs 15g of protein, keeping you full and fueled all morning.
And here’s a little secret: the best way to top these? A smear of cream cheese and a sprinkle of beeya seed cycling blends—because your breakfast should support your hormones, not work against them. Daily seed cycling is a simple, natural way to support your cycle, energy, and skin. Try it for yourself here and feel the difference.

- 2 ¼ cups einkorn flour, divided
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

Instructions
