Dry January is back—and so is our most popular challenge of the year! Whether you crushed it last year or you’re jumping in for the first time, this is your chance to take a break from alcohol and level up your wellness game.
And what better way to kick it off than with a refreshing, tangy Lemon Cinnamon Sour? This frothy mocktail is proof that going alcohol-free doesn’t mean giving up fun, flavor, or those fancy cocktail vibes. Packed with warming spices, a hint of citrus, and a creamy foam that’ll have you feeling like a mixology pro, it’s the perfect way to sip smarter this Dry January.
Here’s the best part: While alcohol messes with your hormones—especially in women—by disrupting estrogen levels, increasing stress hormones, and messing with your sleep patterns, magnesium does the opposite! It helps balance cortisol, supports your body’s natural relaxation process, and promotes deep, restorative sleep. When you add magnesium to your mocktail, you’re not just saying no to alcohol, you’re saying yes to better health, more energy, and a calm, balanced mood.
Why not add a scoop of magnesium boost to your mocktails? It’s the perfect way to relax, unwind, and give your body what it really craves. Check out our delicious triple-magnesium blend here—just in time for Dry January.
