Immunity Tea Recipe

The perfect way to stay healthy and hydrated during the winter months.

Serves: 1 Cup

Prep time: 4 mins


Ingredients:

  • 1 orange slice*
  • 1 lemon slice*
  • 1/2-inch fresh turmeric, sliced (or ¼ tsp ground)
  • 1/2-inch fresh ginger, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1 cup hot water

Steps:


  1. Add the orange, lemon, turmeric, ginger and honey to a mug and pour over the boiling water. 
  2. Allow the mixture to steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking. 

Note: since the peel of the orange and lemon are left on while steeping, consider purchasing organic to avoid chemicals and pesticides commonly used on the citrus.
