Iced Golden Milk Latte Recipe
This latte hits all the same notes as warm golden milk only iced, plus it doubles as an anti-inflammatory combatter!
Serves: 1-2 glasses

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup or monk fruit syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
- a pinch of cinnamon
- a pinch of black pepper
- ice
Steps:
- Combine the spices together in a small bowl and add ice to a shaker (alternatively you can mix the milk and spices in a blender quickly too).
- Pour the milk and maple syrup into the shaker then add the spices.
- Shake well then pour into an ice filled glass and enjoy. For a more fun effect you can pour some plain milk or vanilla flavored milk into the glass first before adding the turmeric mixture.
