Iced Golden Milk Latte Recipe

This latte hits all the same notes as warm golden milk only iced, plus it doubles as an anti-inflammatory combatter!

Serves: 1-2 glasses

Prep time: 7 mins


Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or monk fruit syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • ice

Steps:

  1. Combine the spices together in a small bowl and add ice to a shaker (alternatively you can mix the milk and spices in a blender quickly too).
  2. Pour the milk and maple syrup into the shaker then add the spices.
  3. Shake well then pour into an ice filled glass and enjoy. For a more fun effect you can pour some plain milk or vanilla flavored milk into the glass first before adding the turmeric mixture.
