Strawberries & Cream Mocktail Recipe

A delicious way to unwind with magnesium and nourish your hormones.

Ever find yourself craving something to sip on in the evening, but don’t want the sugar rush or the sleep-wrecking effects of alcohol? That’s where a good mocktail comes in, and this one is next-level.

Strawberries and cream are a classic for a reason—the perfect mix of fruity, creamy, and just the right amount of indulgent. But we’re making it even better by adding beeyavibe magnesium, turning your nightcap into something that actually helps you unwind. Magnesium is key for deep sleep, muscle relaxation, and hormone balance. Unfortunately, most people aren’t getting enough. This drink is an easy (and delicious) way to fix that.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup coconut milk (note: dairy won’t work for this recipe)
  • ½ cup coconut or regular water
  • 2 Tbsp freeze-dried strawberry powder (plus extra for rim)
  • 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • a squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 scoop beeyavibe magnesium powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ice 

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Ingredients: Pulse freeze-dried strawberries in a blender until powdered. Next combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
  2. Prepare the Glass: Rim the glass with honey and some crushed freeze-dried strawberries. Fill the glass with ice and pour the blended mixture over it.
  3. Add the Finishing Touches: For an extra special touch, top with fresh strawberries. 
  4. Enjoy: Sip, relax, and let the magnesium work its magic!
