Hormone Balancing Veggie Dip Recipe
A probiotic veggie dip with classic dill flavor & hormone balancing nutrients.
Prep time: 3 minutes
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil mayo
- 2 Tbsp thick yogurt
- 1 tsp chopped dill
- 1 tsp chopped chives
- 1 scoop of beeya, either phase*
- A pinch of sea salt
Your favorite chopped and sliced fresh veggies
1️. Stir all of the dip ingredients together and enjoy with slices of your favorite fresh veggies
*Note: you can leave the beeya out of the dip and just sprinkle it on top of the dip if you prefer. You can also just use a half scoop and take the other half with something else later in the day.
