Ingredients:
- 2 limes, juiced
- small handful spinach leaves
- 1/3 cup coconut water
- 1 scoop beeya magnesium powder
- 2 jalapeño slices (adjust for spice preference)
- 3 ginger slices
- Ice
- Ginger kombucha
- Sea salt, coconut flakes, and lime juice (for rimming)
- Pomegranate seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Blend: Add the lime juice, spinach, coconut water, beeya magnesium powder, jalapeño, and ginger to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Prep the glass: Coat the rim of a serving glass with lime juice or honey. Dip it into a mixture of sea salt and coconut flakes.
- Assemble: Fill the glass with ice, strain the mocktail mixture then pour over the ice. Top with a splash of kombucha or sparkling water.
