Ingredients:

  • 2 limes, juiced
  • small handful spinach leaves
  • 1/3 cup coconut water
  • 1 scoop beeya magnesium powder
  • 2 jalapeño slices (adjust for spice preference)
  • 3 ginger slices
  • Ice
  • Ginger kombucha
  • Sea salt, coconut flakes, and lime juice (for rimming)
  • Pomegranate seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

 

  1. Blend: Add the lime juice, spinach, coconut water, beeya magnesium powder, jalapeño, and ginger to a blender. Blend until smooth. 
  2. Prep the glass: Coat the rim of a serving glass with lime juice or honey. Dip it into a mixture of sea salt and coconut flakes.
  3. Assemble: Fill the glass with ice, strain the mocktail mixture then pour over the ice. Top with a splash of kombucha or sparkling water.
  4. Garnish: Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top for a festive red accent and add extra lime or jalapeño slices for a fun finishing touch.
