- 1 grapefruit, segmented (+ juice squeezed from remaining pulp on membrane)
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger
- 1 small carrot
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 scoop beeya
- 1 scoop collagen
- 3/4 cup kefir (goat milk kefir works too OR any other pourable yogurt)
