PMS busting superfood bites for chocolate lovers.

Makes: 4 bombs
Prep Time: 15 mins

  • ¼ cup chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 scoops beeya, divided
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp cacao
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp melted dark chocolate

  1. Combine the chickpeas, vanilla, maple syrup, 3 scoops of beeya (reserve 1 for the coating), peanut butter, cacao, and sea salt in a food processor.
  2. Mix until smooth, you may need to scrape down the sides during the process.
  3. Scoop and roll the chocolate chickpea mixture into 8 balls, place on a parchment paper lined plate and transfer to the freezer for 15 mins.
  4. Stir the remaining scoop of beeya into the melted dark chocolate (if your chocolate is very thick then it will help to add 1 tsp of melted coconut oil for easier dipping), then coat each brownie bomb in the chocolate beeya mixture. Place back on the paper lined plate, drizzle with any remaining chocolate and transfer to the freezer to set.
  5. Once set, enjoy as you please, each bomb contains a ½ scoop of beeya. They can be stored in the fridge for up to a week or the freezer for a month.

  • 1 scoop beeya
  • 1/2 chocolate protein powder

  1. Stir together the melted dark chocolate and peanut butter.
  2. Crumble the rice cakes and toss into the chocolate along with your beeya seeds. Toss to coat and drop small clusters onto a parchment paper.
  3. Allow the chocolate clusters to set slightly and become tacky before the next step. You can transfer them to the fridge for a couple minutes to speed this up.

Unbelievably easy to make creamy chocolate decadence for when cravings strike.

Serves: 2 servings
Prep time: 5 mins + chill time

  • 6 Tbsp melted dark chocolate
  • 4 Tbsp thick Greek yogurt (see note below)
  • 1 scoop beeya

  1. Stir together all three ingredients with a spatula until smooth then allow the mousse to chill in the fridge for 10 minutes if necessary to be able to scope it. Note: You will have the creamiest mousse bites if you allow the yogurt to stand at room temp for a while before mixing it with the chocolate. The colder the yogurt, the faster the chocolate will seize up while mixing. Cold can work, you’ll just have to mix fast and it will be less creamy)
  2. Use a medium ice cream scoop and scoop into two mounds onto a parchment paper lined plate. Chill in the fridge until set. Enjoy, each mound is a ½ scoop of your hormone supporting beeya.
