Gluten Free Granola

Cook time: 30 minutes

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup coconut shreds
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Optional: 1 cup gluten free sprouted oats
  • To serve: one scoop of beeya with each serving and one cup of dairy-free yogurt

Steps:

  1. First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl (with optional oats) except the beeya seeds and yogurt and mix thoroughly so that all of the nuts are coated in the oil and honey.

  3. Place the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes, flipping at the 15 minute mark.

  4. Serve with beeya seeds, yogurt, and optional berries.
