  •  1 cup frozen mango
  •  1 cup coconut yogurt
  •  1 scoop vanilla collagen or protein powder
  •  ½-inch chunk fresh ginger
  •  ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  •  1 scoop beeya


  1. Toss the mango, yogurt, vanilla collagen, and ginger into a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with the cardamom and beeya to serve.
