Ginger Cardamom Spiced Mango Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla collagen or protein powder
- ½-inch chunk fresh ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cardamom
- 1 scoop beeya
