Frozen Chocolate Fruit Skewers Recipe
A refreshing, hormone-supportive treat for hot summer days.
It’s summer, which means lots of BBQs and fun summer recipes.
And today, we have the perfect recipe for your Fourth of July shindig and all summer long.
We are bringing you seed cycling fruit skewers dipped in chocolate – a dessert that’s crown pleasing, hormone-healthy, and just plain delicious.
This is a SUPER easy way to get in your daily seed cycling along with our favorite ingredients – fruit and chocolate.
New to seed cycling? It’s a way to use the power of seeds (and the nutrients in them) to support estrogen and progesterone whether you’re in your reproductive years, perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause.
The fiber, protein, lignans, antioxidants, and healthy fats in these seeds provide some of the building blocks your hormones, gut, skin, and energy need to thrive.
And when you combine seed cycling with chocolate and some of my favorite fruits, you’ve got a treat you can feel good about.
