Why Magnesium Matters
If stress, bloating, or restless sleep are your reality, magnesium might be the missing piece of your routine. This essential mineral supports muscle relaxation, promotes restorative sleep, and helps ease those mid-day sugar cravings. Magnesium also plays a big role in maintaining hormone health by keeping cortisol levels in check and supporting balanced energy throughout the day.
